Guild Leadership

The Red Dragon are led by a group of Officers we refer to as the "Guild Council." The Guild Council consists of members of our guild who shown a dedication as leaders, and whom serve the guild in a higher capacity. Officers are long standing and trusted members who work as a team to supervise guild operations. The Guild Council is responsible for the guild website, raids, events, policies, and members of our guild. We encourage our members to take an active role in the management of the guild. Our Guild Council will bring points of discussion to our members. We value the opinions and ideas of our guild members, but it must be understood that the final decision for most matters lies with the Guild Council. The Guild Council consists of three categories of Officer:

Lord: Rasina
The "Lord" is the guild leader.

High Councilors: Zej, Llorikarnage
A High Councilor is an officer who serves in a higher capacity to the guild, or former guild leader.

Councilors: Dawnchaser, Gyyped, Manroot, Motorbreath, Samchase, Shinho
Councilors are members of the guild who have shown dedication to leading and supporting the guild.

The Guild Council will occasionally reward dedication and leadership in the guild by inviting members to serve on the Council. If you would like to serve as an Officer of the guild the first step is being a supportive member and leader. You are more than welcome to discuss you desire to be an Officer with any of the people above. Being an officer is a recognition of great effort and dedication to the Red Dragons.
