The Red Dragons are recruiting. We are looking for a few healers and a few DPS'ers to begin full guild runs of Heroic raids. We raid casually on the weekends (Friday-Sunday) and will potentially add another day of raiding in the future. The Red Dragons have a long history on Medivh, and we have been around since launch. We would like to shift the focus of our guild towards success in a casual raiding environment. We are looking for players who want to raid, but due to life commitments and responsibilities would like to do so among understanding players in similar circumstances.

Our guild is not for everyone, if you are looking for a hardcore raiding guild we are not it. That said, we do value members who are active, intelligent, mature, and responsible. We expect our members to bring a positive attitude to raids, or at the very least pretend to be positive (We all have bad days, but we don't take it out on others). We are looking for players who are reasonably skilled in their class, and have the knowledge to make the right decisions during boss encounters, and on gear. We don't expect you to be the best in the game, but we do expect you to pull your weight and contribute to the raid team. We strive to improve, and believe the raid team is only as strong as it's weakest link. We offer the best advice and support our collective guild efforts can offer, and ask for only a few things in return:

Maturity
It is important to us that our members show a certain degree of maturity. Most of us work, have families, go to school, etc, and dealing with immature guild members is the last thing we want at the end of a day.

Responsibility
We put a lot of value in responsibility. Our members are apart of a team, and apart of our guild family. Behaving responsibly with the guild and in the game world are important. The Red Dragons have a long history on Medivh, and we strive to remain a respectable guild in the community.

Dedication
We've seen enough guild hoppers join and jump ship for greener pastures. We want players who are looking for a home and want to enjoy the game among friends. Many of our members have been with the guild since Upper Blackrock Spire was worth doing, and we have become great friends since then. These are the type of players we want.

We are looking for a few quality healers, and a few quality DPS'ers. Being a great player and great person trump the class you play. But, our wish list is as follows:

Mage (1-2)
Priest - 1 Discipline, 1 Shadow
Rogue (1-2)
Warlock (1-2)
Druid - All varieties

If you feel like you would be a good match for our guild, you are more than welcome to apply if your class is not listed. We are first and foremost looking for players who will fit into our guild.
