The <Red Dragons> host Naxxramas 25 pugs on Sunday nights. The raid is filled first with capable, quality raiders from within our guild. We fill remaining slots with raiders from looking for group. We start the run and clear it in 3-4 hours. We're looking for anyone who would like to consistently participate in these groups with us. Our guild is also recruiting, and this is a great way to check out our raid leadership and core members. We expect you to know the boss encounters, have appropriate gear, and fulfill your role effectively. Ventrillo is required. The loot rules are as follows:

You may win 1 boss item and 1 tier set item. Those who have not won and item will be given an item before those who have. Off spec and trash drops do not count towards your 1 item. Your main-spec is considered to be what you were invited to the raid as. If we pulled you in as a tank, you are a tank. If we pulled you in as a dps, you are a dpser. If someone needs to change roles for a fight they will continue to roll on the spec we brought them in as. Unused BoE items will be deposited into the <Red Dragons> guild vault. I'll give out the vent information when the raid is forming, don't want our vent info hanging out for non-guildies to use the server when they should not be.
